NAFCO's curtain wall systems are put through full-scale performance testing air leakage, static water penetration, and structural glazing installation witnessed and certified by independent consultants before fabrication is approved for a project.

Watch The Process

From crane lift to certified installation, start to finish

This walkthrough follows a full curtain wall test cycle on the mock-up tower: the vacuum-lifted crane raising each glass panel into position, the panel being seated and sealed, then the tower going through the Air Leakage Test and the Static Water Test at 720 Pa, all witnessed on site by independent testing consultants before the system is approved for a project.
